Request service
Show the office what happened—without pretending it is booked.
Share what you can safely observe. The office will receive the request and must confirm availability.
Plain form
The reliable path works without AI.
The request is stored before the office notification is attempted. If notification is delayed, the request stays queued for retry.
Sending request
If sending fails, call (812) 555-0114 or email mac@earnedkeep.com.
Optional intake assistant
Describe the request in a conversation.
If you complete the intake, the request is stored and sent to the office. It remains requested only until the office confirms.
Questions and boundaries
What this experience can—and cannot—do.
Does sending a request book an appointment?
No. A request records a preferred contact window; the office must review availability and confirm any appointment.
Can the website give an exact price?
Not unless the company has supplied a written, owner-approved pricing policy for that exact work. Site copy should collect context and let the office quote.
Which locations are served?
The exact address must be checked against the company’s owner-approved service area. A city name on a page does not guarantee availability at every address.
What should I include in a request?
Share the property location, a safe description of what you can see or hear, when it started, and a reliable phone or email. Do not open equipment or enter danger to collect details.
What should I do if something is sparking?
Do not touch it or use water. Keep away and call 911 from a safe location for smoke, fire, injury, or immediate danger.
Can I keep resetting a breaker?
Repeated resetting can conceal a fault. Stop if it trips again or there is heat, odor, noise, smoke, sparking, or damage, and request qualified help.
Is a warm outlet normal?
A website cannot judge temperature or cause. Stop using visibly damaged, smoking, sparking, or burning equipment and seek qualified help.
Can you tell me which wire to connect?
No. The website and assistant do not give energized-work or wiring instructions. A qualified person must assess the equipment.
Do I need a panel upgrade?
That requires assessment of equipment condition, load, planned work, utility service, permits, and local requirements.
Do you handle permits?
Publish only the company’s exact owner-approved permit responsibility. Requirements vary by work and authority.
